Philip S. Schlesinger is a partner in the law firm of Apicella & Schlesinger, which he and Vincent Apicella founded in 1973.
Prior to the founding of Apicella & Schlesinger, Mr. Schlesinger was associated with the firm of Adler and Apicella. At Apicella & Schlesinger, he focuses on DSNY Sanitation Worker Injuries, Personal Injury and Civil Rights matters. The firm has argued cases in the Appellate Divisions of both the First and Second Judicial Departments and the Court of Appeals.
Mr. Schlesinger graduated from Hofstra University in 1966. In 1970, he graduated from Brooklyn Law School. In the 1970’s and 1980’s, he served as Legislative Counsel in both the New York State Senate and New York State Assembly. He has served as a member of the Queens County Bar Association Supreme Court Committee.
Currently, Mr. Schlesinger serves as an arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Court in Queens County. Mr. Schlesinger is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
